Fiesta Fridays: Dairy Free Popsicles
Updated: Jan 20, 2020
Summer is right around the corner and that means, school is out. And when school’s out you may need more snacks than normal. So rather than just buying sugary snacks why not just make your own? That’s where these dairy free yogurt pops come and save the day. These pops are great to just have on hand for when the kids come in from playing outside. It’s an easy and fun way for them to get a little extra fruit in and enjoy it in a fun way. These are also a great snack just for you too, when you are ready to cool down as well!
For this recipe you will need a popsicle mold. I found mine at Walmart and now that it’s getting closer to the warmer months this should be no problem. I also the longer you wait for the popsicles to freeze the better. My suggestion is to make these early before the playtime starts, or make them at night so they harden while everyone is sleeping. Also sometimes it’s a little difficult to get these popsicles back out the mold once hardened, so just have a bowl of hot water and place the mold inside and wait just about thirty seconds then try to take them out! Check out this super simple recipe below and get ready to cool down with these tasty treats!
