Easy Guacamole
Updated: Jan 20, 2020
Guacamole is the perfect topping for your tacos, tortilla chips, or beans. It’s also filled with good fats and vitamins. So today I’m bringing you an easy guacamole recipe, that will take your party or family dinners to the next level. So check out this recipe below, to wow your crowd!
Tips:
Be careful when you cut into the avocado. The outer layer is very easy to cut into so you can get injured if you are not careful.
Save the pit! If you have any guacamole leftover add the pit to the guacamole and it won’t brown as fast. You can keep this dip refrigerated for about 2-3 days
Warm up your lime in the microwave for 15 seconds to get the most juice out.
If you are short on time, use a scoop or two of store bought Pico De Gallo instead of cutting tomatoes and onions, then stir in with avocados and remaining ingredients.
