Rose Pasta

Updated: Jan 20, 2020

Made with a fresh cashew cream, marinara sauce and blend of herbs, your taste buds will sing as you have this Rose Pasta. Created for date nights, creative dinners or just quick a family meal, you’ll love this and the time it takes to make this dish. As an added bonus you get a wonderful array of nutrients from the cashews which will help contribute to your daily value vitamin E, K, and B6. Also, cashews are great for our brain function and give us boosts of iron and magnesium. Nutritional yeast contains B12, iron and is also a complete protein. We can't forget to mention the carbohydrates in your pasta, which give you energy, and also helps your brain function, as well as your organ function. In addition, this meal is great when paired with a nice simple salad, giving our bodies added vitamins and minerals.

This pasta dish was one of my favorites as a vegetarian. My now husband introduced me to it when he had a hard time figuring out “what to feed the vegetarian”(haha). From year one of our relationship to year (almost) five, we have had this multiple times for multiple occasions. So when we both switched to being vegans we stopped having our rose pasta. That was until I figured out how to make the ever versatile cashew cream, our dinners haven't been the same since. I hope that you enjoy this pasta the same way we have enjoyed it for many years in the past. Just don’t forget to make it with love!
